Dr AC Lawrence - Chairperson
Dr Arnold Christian Lawrence is a specialist psychiatrist based in Pretoria with extensive experience in adult mental health and addiction recovery. As Chief Executive Officer of TSAMWI Sober Living, he provides clinical leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring that compassionate, evidence-based care remains at the heart of the organisation. His vision is to create a safe, structured and supportive environment where individuals can achieve lasting recovery and rebuild meaningful lives.

Albie van Loggerenberg - CEO
With over 10 years of experience as Centre Manager of the Sinoville Crisis Centre, Albie has dedicated his career to supporting individuals through trauma, addiction and life crises. A qualified Trauma Counsellor, he has extensive experience in substance abuse, suicide intervention, domestic violence, rape trauma and victim support. His passion is to provide compassionate care, hope and a safe environment where lasting recovery can begin.

Ronald van Loggerenberg - House Manager
With over four years in recovery after overcoming a seven-year heroin addiction, Ronald brings compassion, understanding and hope to every resident's journey. A trusted leader and problem solver, he is passionate about helping others stay clean, remain positive and build a better future through structure, support and accountability.

Zolique West - Addiction Counselor & Consultant
Zolique holds a BA Honours Degree in Psychology and is a registered Addiction Counsellor with BAPSA. With experience in addiction recovery, counselling and recovery programme development, she is passionate about helping individuals rebuild their lives through compassionate support and practical guidance.
